POLICIES: BOOKING -A valid credit card is required to be left on file upon booking. However, you can pay in the form you choose at your appt. You DO NOT have to pay with that card on file. If a valid card is not left on file, your appointment will be cancelled. Please Note: YOUR CARD IS NOT CHARGED UNLESS YOU VIOLATE THE CANCELLATION POLICY -For whatever reason you wish not to keep your card info on file that’s understandable and quite alright, don’t worry you can still book your appt. by contacting Crème directly to book and prepay for your services. -All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. -All guests between the ages of 15 and 17 must have a parent or legal guardian accompany them to their FIRST visit to give verbal consent to receive service. This consent will be documented in the system. CANCELLATION POLICY -Your appointment is very important to me! It is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 48hrs. notice of cancellations. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment, I miss that opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients miss the opportunity to receive services. -My appointments are confirmed 72hrs. in advance because it can be easy to forget an appointment that you have booked weeks ago. You will also receive a 24 hr. reminder notice. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation, and processing fee will apply. Less than 48hrs in notice will result in a 50% (of the service/s booked) fee. -Three late cancellations and you will no longer be able to book with me. ❣️❣️If YOU are not comfortable getting waxed on your menstrual please time it properly. I am completely comfortable waxing you and have done it countless times, therefore the cancellation policy will still stand in the event that you get your menstrual. A menstrual cup or fresh tampon has to be used in order to get waxed while on your menstrual. (I can provide a tampon if needed)❣️❣️ RUNNING LATE? -If you will be a little late, please contact me. -Please allow yourself ample time to park and use the restroom, etc. before your appointment time. -If you are more than 5 minutes late for a 15 mins appointment or more than 10 minutes late for a 30+ appointment you will be considered a NO-SHOW and charged 100% of your service price. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO-SHOWS/SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS -NO-SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. If you are a wax pass holder then the service will be deducted from your pass. Frequent NO-SHOWING May result in being blocked from reserving appointments in the future. GUESTS -I kindly ask that you do not bring any extra guests to your appointment, unless you are under 18 and being accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. **Mothers with infants, toddlers, and/or children may bring them into the treatment room, but they must stay in a stroller, car seat, or be able to sit while mom is being serviced.** REFERRAL REWARD PROGRAM -The best and most appreciated compliment is a referral! WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BIKINI LINE/FULL, AND A BRAZILIAN WAX? •A Bikini Line cleans up areas that a bikini DOES NOT cover. •A Bikini Full removes as much or as little hair as you desire from the pelvic area, EXCLUDING the butt strip (between the cheeks). •Brazilian removes as much or as little hair as you desire from the pelvic area, INCLUDING the butt strip(between cheeks). DOES IT HURT? •Not necessarily. April has mastered a technique and uses the best luxury hard and soft wax that causes minimal discomfort. It depends on the body part and the person’s hair growth. Discuss further with April. CAN I GET WAXED WHILE ON MY MENSTRUAL? Yes, absolutely! Please be aware that you may experience increased sensitivity during and after your appointment. Please use a fresh tampon or insert a menstrual cup before your appointment. Products to freshen up are available upon request. CAN I GET WAXED IF I’M PREGNANT? Yes, absolutely! Believe it or not it gets you prepared for childbirth, also it will get to a point where you can’t see down there on your own☺️. But, like being on your period, you can experience increased sensitivity. Please check with your physician before booking your appointment. WHY CAN’T I GET WAXED? You cannot receive a hair removal service if you: * Have used any Retinol or any other products that increase cell renewal within the past week. * Are currently using Accutane. * Have sun burn or laser burn on the area to be waxed. * You have an STI(Sexually Transmitted Infection) or are experiencing Flu/Cold/Coronavirus symptoms. * Are diabetic and have not been cleared by a physician. * Have any allergies or other medical conditions that could interfere with the hair removal process. WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT? * Avoid heavy oils and creams before your appointment. * Gently exfoliate the area to be waxed the night before your appointment. DO NOT exfoliate before or after on the day of your wax appt. * If it is your first time, if possible avoid waxing right before a special event, vacation, etc. This way I can treat any issues that may arise after treatment. * If possible wear loose fitting clothing to your appointment.
